Mary Florence Whitted, 1903-1979, was the daughter of Florence Morgan Whitted and Mollie France. Adam Mair Jr., 1901-1986, was the son of Adam Mair and Janet Burnside and was born in Scotland. They were married 2 June 1923 in Terre Haute, Vigo County, and had two children, Robert and Charles.
