Georgiana was the youngest daughter of Dr. John Brosnaham and Isabella Eugenia Sierra and the second wife of Francis B. Renshaw whom she married after her sister Florida died. After Frank died in 1867, Georgianna married William Kirk. She had four children with Francis Renshaw and one child with William Kirk, a lawyer born in Ohio. Georgianna and William are buried in St. Michael's Cemetery.
