U.S. Congress, S.273, money for the relief of the owners, captain, officers and crew of the privateer General Armstrong





S.273 was a Senate bill, 19 April 1858, to appropriate money in the amount of $60,739.00 to Captain Samuel C. Reid, the officers and crew of the General Armstrong which was attacked and burned in the port of Fayal in the Azores on 26 September 1814 during the War of 1812.
