Flyer for the Golden Line of Australian Packets owned by the firm of Millers and Thompson of Liverpool.



The flyer gives sailing information for the ship Recruit heading to Melbourne, Australia. " The flyer is undated, but "circa 1850" at the top was typed in by Hope Healy Koontz who made a copy of the flyer. Listed are all the ships sailing for the Golden Line. Millers & Thompson was a shipping company based in Liverpool and their ships sailed for Brazil and Australia, popular at the time for those heading for the gold fields of Australia.
