This copy of a land grant of just over 79 acres to Zephaniah Phillips in 1890 was found on the Bureau of Land Management's web site: www.glorecords.blm.gov. This grant of land was for property in Pinellas County and may have been for land on Pass-a-Grille on Long Key where Zephaniah built the first home on the island in 1886.
