Florence Waller Burke, of New York City, daughter of Bernard J. Burke and Florence Waller, and Robert Innocent Brent, of New York City, son of Francis Celestino Brent and Mary Ella Shuttleworth of Pensacola, announced their engagement in April 1920. A record of their marriage has not been found, but the Brent family Bible recorded the date as 18 September 1920. After their marriage they lived in New York for several years before moving to Pensacola, Florida. The name in the notice above should read Robert I. Brent.
